Dear Collegues,

I thank all the officers and specialists for putting your during the review by the Bank Mission. Well the Task Team Leader has raised certain issues related to sustainability of the tank user groups. It is important on the part of JSYS to take all necessary steps to build the capacity of the communities in handling the affairs of the tank once they are handed over. Fisheries activity is proving successful in helping the TUG,s to raise resources for the maintainance of the tank. Though the project has achieved a greater success in terms of building awareness on tank system among communities, yet still a lot needs to be done to achieve the project active. In the coming financial year for the tank project I expect every one working in the project to put cent percent and come with flying colours.
